Each event has a different dress code to match the vibe of the celebration: 🤠 Welcome Reception – Western-style attire (Think boots, denim, and a touch of country chic!) 🍸 Wedding Day – Cocktail attire (Ladies, elegant dresses or chic cocktail attire; gentlemen, suits or sport coats) ☀️ Brunch – Casual attire (Relaxed and comfortable—think sundresses, linen shirts, and easygoing styles)

The Camel Valley Lodge has been blocked for our wedding guests, available until June 26, 2025. Please visit the "Travel" section on our wedding website for hotel recommendations and booking details. We encourage you to book early, as accommodations in Carmel Valley can fill up quickly!

September in Carmel Valley is typically mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures in the 70s°F (21°C) and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening festivities.

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Stonepine Estate, surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking views.

Yes! We will be offering shuttle transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at our recommended hotels. Please visit the "Travel" section on our wedding website, more details will be shared closer to the wedding.

No parking will be available at Stonepine Estate. Complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be provided from the Carmel Valley Lodge and Contenta Inn to all wedding events. Guests staying off-site, please park in the main Contenta Inn lot to access the provided shuttle transportation.

While our wedding will be an adults-focused celebration, we understand that some guests may need to bring their little ones. We are happy to provide onsite childcare for the wedding day so parents can enjoy the evening worry-free. Let us know in advance if you’d like to use this service, please provide your child's name and age under the "RSVP" tab.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings before we say “I do!”

We want everyone to enjoy the meal! Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please provide any dietary restrictions or allergies under the "RSVP" tab.
